Orange wine is a type of white wine made by leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the juice for an extended period during fermentation. This process is similar to how red wines are made. The skin contact can give the wine an amber or orange hue, as well as a more robust, tannic structure with complex flavors. Natural wines are made with few additions – no yeast, no enzymes, no acid and very little (or no) sulphur. Unfined often unfiltered, these wines are vegan-friendly
