Colombo Something about you is 100% Muscat d’Alexandrie from an old Citrusdal Mountain vineyard. 3 portions skin maceration; 5 days, 7 days and 2 weeks. Matured for 9 months in old 500L French oak casks. Incredibly aromatic and expressive, the beguiling nose draws you in, while the dry, grippy, textural palate hangs on for dear life.
