Roodekrantz Sandy Slopes is a blend of Chenin Blanc (1973) and Semillon from Swartland vines. After overnight settling, the juice was transferred to older barrels for fermentation. Matured for 11 months. Soft,rounded acidity supports a palate of peaches and cream, ripe yellow plum and a hint of pineapple. The finish is lingering with notes of yellow citrus and herbs. Alc% 12.18
