Wolf and Woman Syrah 2022

Harvested from 2 vineyards in the Swartland (90% iron soils and 10% schist). Blackberry, plums, curry leaf and star anise on the nose. Wonderful concentration – dense black core with a fine spicy/saline edge. The fine, suede-like texture is so appealing and refreshing. Will happily develop for a few years.
