Brunia Pinot Noir by Wade Sander of Sondagskloof-based Cold Mountain Vineyards is a light (12.5% alc) and vibrant wine showing hints of red fruit and spice with a sleek, gentle feel. Oh so more-ish now, it should develop deeper, savoury notes with time. 10% whole-bunch fermentation and matured for 10 months in older oak barrels.
