A blend of Chenin Blanc, Verdelho and Grenache Blanc from fruit sourced from the Paardeberg (Swartland), Piekenierskloof, and Stellenbosch. Pear, apple, poached quince, blossoms – rich core cradled by electric acidity. This wine has grip and length and will develop well over the next few years.
