Raar Grenache Blanc is from low-yield bush vines. The fruit is whole bunch pressed and wild fermented (no added yeast) in older 300L French oak barrels. Barrel ageing on the fine lees for 8 months adds texture and mid palate weight. Sleek, soft entry with hints of white peach, pear and an appealing saline note on the long finish.
