Fruit is from vineyards planted from 1968-1981; 70% on granite and 30% clay. The wine is fermented and aged in a combination of old barrel and concrete egg. This provides a great backbone supporting the plush, mouth-watering core of white peach. The finish is long with great minerality. Will develop. Alc% 13.4
