Trizanne Benede Duiwenhoksrivier Chardonnay

Trizanne Benede Duiwenhoksrivier Chardonnay is sourced from a vineyard just 10km from the ocean, near Vermaaklikheid. The fruit is partly whole bunch-pressed and partly crushed, fermented naturally in partly new (35%), 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels, then bottled after 10 months in oak. 2024 is the first vintage that the wine underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation giving this vintage an extra dimension with its plush, sumptuous, core of creamy white/yellow fruit.
