Terre Paisible Isabelle Rose 2023

Terre Paisible Isabelle Rose is a blend of 72% Grenache Noir, 23% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah. This Rosé was produced from dryland farmed vineyards. Whole bunch pressed grapes yielded 550 litres per ton of delicate, lightly-coloured juice.
Fermentation in 4000L foudres imparted complexity and flavour intensity to the wine. Alc 12%
