Pilgrim Ompad White Blend (1)

Pilgrim Ompad White is a delightfully different blend – Albariño, Verdelho, Viura and Piquepoul Blanc all vinified separately. The Albarinho and Verdelho spent some time on skins and all components spent approx 3 months in neutral oak barrels. Vibrant natural acidity with some grippy texture supports the generous tropical fruit profile.
