You mostly see the Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc around, but do yourself a favour and try this Wild Ferment. Even better, try them side-by-side. The savoury, saline, seaspray, lime leaf and fynbos character of this wine is incredible; and as for the length on the palate – wow! This is most definitely more than “just a Sauvignon Blanc”.
