TSW Sauvignon Blanc by Trizanne Barnard shows vibrant oyster shell minerality gives this wine a fresh character that perfectly expresses its cool climate terroir. Notes of Granny Smith green apple, elderflower and pink grapefruit, with good salinity and pithiness throughout. The fresh and youthful acidity, structure and tension carries the aromatics well. This wine has depth and a long finish that adds to the quality, which is typical of these extreme vineyards producing fruit at just 2.5m above sea level, being the lowest altitude in the Southern Hemisphere.
