Transient Lands Chenin Blanc by Angus Paul is from 3 sites around Stellenbosch. Fruit was whole-bunch pressed then matured in concrete (50%) and in older oak (50%). As a result, the wine balances freshness and structure without losing its vibrant fruit character. Notes of yellow apple, pear and fresh citrus peel. In addition, subtle floral and savoury notes bring extra complexity. The palate offers generous concentration, bright acidity and a fine, stony texture. A brilliant partner to the Transient Lands Pinotage.
