The Blacksmith Barebones Methode Ancestrale (petnat) is from 100% Colombar sourced from a vineyard in Paarl. Fruit is whole bunch-pressed and cold fermented (no added yeast) with several rackings during fermentation. Bottled at the desired sugar level with fermentation completed in bottle. Light and refreshing with hints of lemon and apple along with a soft, slightly creamy palate. Fine bead and a crisp, dry finish. A delightful anytime sparkle
