Maanschijn Herbarium Cape White 2024

Maanschijn Herbarium Cape White blend comprises Sauvignon blanc, Chenin blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay all sourced from Walker Bay. The fruit was pressed, settled and racked to aged French oak casks. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, with maturation lasting ten months on fine lees. The wine was then blended and bottled.
