Tin Soldier is a skin-contact Semillon Gris by John Secombe. Bright copper tones from about a week’s fermentation on skins. The wine shows aromas of ripe apricot, Thai basil, nutmeg and toasted pistachio.

One week skin ferment with a portion whole bunch press. Incredible grip and length, it shows notes of orange zest, dried peach, melon and gooseberry. Decant.
