The Blacksmith Guided by the Moon

Guided by the Moon field blend (Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir and Palomino) is destemmed and spends 7- 10 days on the skins. Cool, natural co-fermentation followed by 7 months maturation in old 225l French oak barrels. The Grenache Blanc brings notes of citrus and dried herbs; the Grenache Noir adds red berry notes and the Palomino adds tantalising salinity.
