DRINK OR CELLAR – Rainbow’s End Syrah is really enjoyable now, but having tasted a 10-year-old wine, I can guarantee that it ages well if cellared correctly. Succulent red and black fruit, anise, cracked pepper and curry leaf all cradled by chalky tannins.
