(l)Equinox Silt is a skin-fermented wine made by MC Stander. You’d think that the extended skin contact would make for a grippy, tannic wine, but this is utterly charming and sleek with just a hint of grip on the finish. Notes of litchi, passion fruit, mango, bruised apple and cardamom.
