Semillon sourced from Bot River, Walker Bay and Cape South Coast. Whole bunch-pressed with spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in neutral oak. 10 months in barrel. Juice This is pithy and complex, with lovely citrus fruit, notes of lemongrass and a crisp, refreshing finish. Will develop classic Semillon weight and richness with time.
