Carinus Polkadraai Heuwels Chenin Blanc 2023

Carinus Polkadraai Heuwels Chenin Blanc is from a raised bush vine vineyard planted in 2015 on finely decomposed granite. Matured in concrete diamond for 12 months and a further 4 months in stainless steel tank. Aromatics of magnolia and star jasmine. Also fresh notes of lime zest and ginger. Textural clean fruit weight balanced nicely with a refreshing acidity. It’s taut and precise with an incredibly long, pithy finish. Will reward cellaring.
