Vine Venom Skin V5

Vine Venom Skin is a single vineyard Chenin Blanc. Grapes are macerated on the skins in a large, shallow stainless steel flat tank for 27 days and then oxidatively aged in old French oak barriques. This fourth release is a blend of the years 2022 and 2023. The nose shows smoky peat, wet stone & petrichor, vanilla, tamarind, dried orange peel, quince and with
a palate focused on structure, fine but soft tannins and long, grippy rounded finish.
