Bernhard Bredell’s focus is very the vineyards he works with and he allows the site to express itself. 90% whole-cluster fermentation before maturation lasting 12 months, 80% in concrete and 20% in old oak. A complex wine that deserves time – black fruit, violets, black olive and plenty of dark, savoury spice with firm tannins and good freshness.
