The wine has a distinct saline quality, subtle, briny, mineral-like character, with tropical notes often associated with wines from the coastal region. Notes of apple, blackcurrant and lime leaf on a soft, well-rounded palate, combined with its well-integrated acidity, make for a refreshing and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc.
