A beautiful wine by everyone’s favourite vine geek. Bernhard’s passion for the soil and the vines is truly infectious. With the groundwork being done in the vineyards he allows the fruit to “speak” in the cellar and makes wines with no additives (barring a wee bit of sulphur at bottling). Fruit purity and site expression is what he’s looking for. Precise and linear in youth, this evolves into a much more complex wine with time.
