This dry, soft and refreshing Rose is made from Cinsaut and Mourvedre. It shows notes of red berries and pomegranate, enhanced by soft floral notes. The Mourvèdre component brings structure and persistence to the palate. It is perfect on its own on a hot summer’s day, but also complements a tuna steak very well.
