Savage Not Tonight Josephine is a “hen’s teeth” wine – limited availability and not produced every year. Chenin Blanc bunches from Piekenierskloof are dried for 2 to 3 weeks in order concentrate the juice when pressed. Rich and unctuous with notes of apricots, honey and granadilla livened by vibrant, balanced acidity.
