Simonskop Chenin Blanc is from a dryland vineyard planted in 1987. It’s vinified in old 300 liter barrels and clay amphorae and matured for 9 months on fine lees. A complex and textural wine – lemon cream and stone fruit notes with a fine, chalky finish.
