Mother Rock Brutal! White by Johan (Stompie) Meyer is from Swartland Chenin Blanc. He’s been working with these vines since 2009. 5 day maceration. Concrete tank then barrel for 10 months. Bottled straight from barrel. Complex and opens up in the glass. Notes of dried orange, ginger beer, praline, honeycomb and gooseberry. Soft, rounded feel on the palate. No added sulphur.
