Tremayne Smith is one of our natural wine producers. He is based in the Swartland and works with fruit from the area as well as selected vineyards in Paarl. This is a “new-school” take on SA’s own grape – it has an appealing savoury/umami note as well as crunchy red cherry fruit and a more-ish fresh finish. Serve chilled.
