Yardstick Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Adam ferments the Elgin grapes in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, while the more mature Walker Bay grapes (Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon) are fermented in old French oak barrels. He then ages the wine on the lees for several months. This creates a sublime balance between aromatic grape expression and freshness, along with a beautifully full flavour. The wine shows notes of Granny Smith, melon, and green fig, and a fresh, intense flavor with a gentle creaminess on the palate.
