Olifantsberg Chenin Blanc 2018 – this staff favourite has now become a firm customer favourite. Golden delicious apple, pear and poached quince; this is a soft, well-rounded chenin.
Keermont Terrasse 2018 – a wine that ages beautifully, this is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. To listen to wine-maker, Alex Starey’s, audio tasting note, go to the Tasting Note section on our website
Sophie Germanier SB/Semillon 2020 – this is a delicate, light and refreshing organic white. Won GOLD at the Organic wine awards in Germany and a best value award at Gilbert & Gaillard international wine awards.
Seven springs Sauv Blanc 2018 – a deliciously complex wine showing notes of citrus, sea spray, oystershell and flint. Well-integrated acidity adds freshness to the finish.
Brunia Semillon 2018 – After 1 year in barrel, bentonite fining & then to bottle. Lively citrus note with a rich core and a fresh, lightly saline finish. Despite the apparent light footprint on the palate, the core is rich (from extended time on fermentation lees). Yellow citrus, herbs and a tantalising hint of the ocean. Delish. Will develop happily over next 6 years at least, but is irresistable now.
Compagniesdrift Chardonnay/Pinot Noir 2019 – a delicate nose of stone fruit and red berries followed by a soft, creamy palate with a fresh, light finish. This is a lovely lunchtime companion
