Savage Never Been Asked to Dance Chenin Blanc is from a dryland vineyard planted in 1956. Natural fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in older 600L Stockinger barrels where the wine ages for a further 10 months before bottling. Full and complex with notes of pineapple pastille, apple, oatmeal and fynbos supported by a pleasing saline note.
