Savage Girl Next Door Syrah 2024

Savage Girl Next Door is from 2 vineyards (Fishhoek and Noordhoek). Around 50% of the fruit is left as whole bunches spending 2 weeks on the skins before being basket pressed. Aging takes place for 10 months in foudre and old 500L French oak barrels. Violets, plums, cherries, white pepper and black olives, all held together by a tightly wound saline core compliments of the cold Atlantic.
