Made by Duncan Savage, this Cinsaut has developed quite the cult following. Fruit is sourced from Darling and processed at his cellar in Salt River. 50% whole bunch fermentation. Floral, red currant, plum, raspberry with a fine, soft feel. Delicate with freshness and chalky tannins. Delish!
