Saltare Old Vines Chenin Blanc by Carla Pauw from old bush-vines (over 50 years old). Aromas of orange blossom, tangerine, and caramel, with flavours of white peach and orange rind. A creamy, mineral texture with a lingering, clean finish. The ideal food pairing wine with full mouthfeel and bright acidity. Natural fermentation in old barrels.
