Description
A complex blend of Chenin Blanc and Colombar from a farm near Montagu (same farm as the Patatsfontein Chenin Blanc vineyard). The wine is made by Reenen Borman (Bosckhloof and Sons of Sugarland). Old barrels and concrete. Notes of pear and apple on the palate, cradled by balanced freshness and a hint of mineral salt. CASE SPECIAL ONLY
