Mother Rock White


From the Swartland and made by Johan Meyer, this is our top-selling natural wine. A blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Semillon and Grenache Blanc farmed organically and fermented naturally(15% whole bunch) in old oak and stainless steel. The wine spends 12 months on the lees before being bottled without fining or filtering. Notes of pear and apple with a hint of yellow citrus, the palate is round and full followed by a crisp, tangy finish.
