Made from a 27 year-old Stellenbosch bush vine vineyard. After gentle pressing, the juice was settled overnight in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to old oak barrels and allowed to ferment naturally.It underwent malolactic fermentation and spent 8 months in barrel. A top example of SA Blanc de noir. Subtle flavour profile, a hint of salinity and a lingering, dry finish.
