From dry land Swartland vineyards, this is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. Each component of the blend was kept separate during the winemaking process. After ageing the wines for 7 months in old French oak barrels, wooden foudre, stainless steel and concrete tanks, the final blend was made and bottled. Fresh, fruity and crisp upfront palate with a soft and rounded mid palate that lingers.
