11.5% By Jurgen Gouws from dry-land bushvines in the Swartland. Jurgen is one of our ‘natural wine’ producers. The label is a picture he took of an abandoned workers house next to the vineyard. Whole bunch-pressed and fermented on the gross lees in old 500L barrels. The wine sits on the lees for 11 months and no batonage is done. Racked before bottling and a small part of sulphur added before being bottled.
