From Tulbach, this is a blend of roughly equal parts Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvedre. 20% whole bunch fermented in open concrete fermenters with roughly 2 weeks on the skins. Pressed and then settled for 2 days before being racked to old 500l barrels for 18 months. Medium bodied with dark red fruit and spice. Wonderful freshness and length with fine tannins at 13% alcohol.
