Colombo Can’t do Without You Colombard 2024 is sourced from a vineyard in Paarl. Gently whole bunch pressed fruit that, after a light settling, went on to old 500L French oak casks for a long and steady cold fermentation that lasted about 7 weeks. The wines then spent a further 9 months in barrels on their gross lees before being racked and bottled. Bright white and yellow fruit profile with a wonderful, grippy and textural finish. Alc% 12.5
