The grapes for Astraeus were sourced from an organically-farmed vineyard in Elgin. 9 months on the primary lees in older 600l barrels followed by 2 years before disgorging and an additional 6 months on cork prior to release.

Pleasing biscuit and apple notes (I always think of apple crumble crust) with a lovely citrus core and fine, creamy finish. Zero dosage.
