Boschkloof Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2015 – soft and round with plenty of fruit backed by hints of cedar & spice. Fine tannins.

Black Door red by Hilko Hegewisch – a sleek and balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz.

Hermit on the Hill Shiraz 2015 – black plums and spice

Force Majeure Cinsaut 2017 – light, fresh red cherry with floral notes. Chill slightly

Eenzaamheid Cuvee 2015 – medium-bodied crowd-pleaser with a sleek, gentle feel

Winery of Good Hope Pinotage 2017 by Radford Dale Wines is a lovely example of ‘new-school’ pinotage. A fresher, lighter style, less oak. Red berry and floral notes. Can be served slightly chilled.

MIXED CASE OF 3 red and 3 white for R839.00

Boschkloof Syrah 2014 – A classic style with spice, charcuterie and floral notes.

Costa del Swart Cinsaut 2016 – vibrant and enjoyable Swartland cinsaut (single barrel release). Ripe red cherry.

The Blacksmith Hell Yeah Pinotage 2017 – by Tremayne Smith. As good as this is right now, let it settle for even 7-10 months and you’ll be rewarded. ‘new-school’ floral, mulberry, raspberry notes with  light/medium body.

Newton Johnson Resonance 2016 – a classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from one of our top estates.

Quando Sauvignon Blanc 2017 – by Fanus Bruwer near Robertson. Crisp and refreshing with floral & citrus notes.

Usana Pinot Gris 2015 – a great alternative to the usual suspects. Ripe pear and lemon notes

6 WHITES for R560.00 containing:

Boschkloof Chardonnay 2016 – a rich and complex wine. 70% barrel fermented in 225l oak barrels

Vondeling Sauvignon Blanc 2016 – this is just so more-ish now, but if you’re stocking up for ‘season’ this will definitely keep the masses happy then too.

Eenzaamheid Vin Blanc 2017 – keeping stock of this in the fridge is never a bad idea.

Jikken Bareru Chenin Blanc (that’s Japanese for experimental barrel in case you were wondering) – vibrant and alive and will develop wonderfully over next year or so (if you’re inclined to set some aside)

Swerwer Chenin Blanc 2016 by Jasper Wickens is a great example of Swartland Chenin. Pure white fruit, well-rounded palate and a sleek finish.

Vansha Chenin Blanc/Viognier 2016 by Ridgeback is a succulent, plush wine with a ripe white fruit profile – think peach & yellow pear.
