Our featured producer for October, Boschkloof, is another family-owned an run estate located west of Stellenbosch. The Latin phrase “inconcessum persequor” surrounding The Grail on the emblem translates into “I pursue the unattainable” and the Borman family strives to perfect the art of winemaking. From Simonsig to la Motte & Rupert & Rothschild, Jacques Borman has been in the industry since 1983 and is also a member of the Cape Winemakers’ Guild. The history of the Boschkloof name starts in 1996 with Jacques at the helm. One of his sons, Reenen, has been winemaker since 2010.
